This policy describes the conditions under which you may cancel your Kitchen Stocker subscription and the circumstances in which refunds apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing panel, without needing to contact support. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), at which point you will no longer have access to the paid features.
After cancellation, your data remains available for an additional 30 days so that you can export it. After that period, the data is irreversibly deleted, except for data that must be retained under legal obligations (see the Privacy Policy).
As a general rule, charges already processed are non-refundable. However, refunds shall apply in the following cases:
If you cancel an annual plan before it expires, the subscription remains active until the end of the contracted year. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the unused months of an annual plan, except in the cases described in the previous section.
Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) are processed immediately for upgrades and at the end of the billing period for downgrades. For upgrades, a pro-rated adjustment is applied, deducting the remaining time on the current plan from the price of the new plan.
Kitchen Stocker offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not subscribe to a plan when the trial ends, access is automatically limited at no cost.
To request a refund in any of the cases described, send an email to billing@kitchenstocker.com stating:
We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within the timeframe set by your financial institution, typically between 5 and 10 business days.
