Does the OCR work with handwritten or low-quality delivery notes?
OCR works best with printed documents. For handwritten or low-resolution delivery notes, the system extracts what it can and flags unrecognised fields for manual review, still speeding up the process overall.
Do digitised delivery notes have the same legal validity as paper originals?
For operational management and internal control, documents digitised in Kitchen Stocker are fully functional. For legal and tax purposes, we recommend consulting your adviser, although Spanish regulations allow digital retention of invoices when certain requirements are met.
