How it works
Set up your suppliers
Add each supplier with their products, prices and terms. When a supplier raises prices, you update the catalogue once and you're done.
Create purchase orders
Select a supplier, choose the products you need and send the order. Kitchen Stocker can suggest products that have fallen below their minimum level.
Receive the order in the stockroom
When the goods arrive, you confirm receipt product by product. If any units are missing or the price doesn't match, you log it as a discrepancy.
Stock updates itself
Once receipt is confirmed, quantities enter the inventory automatically. Nothing needs to be updated by hand.

Frequently asked questions
Does Kitchen Stocker send the order to the supplier automatically?
You can generate the purchase order as a PDF or send it by email directly from the platform. Automatic integration with external suppliers is on the roadmap.
What happens if I receive fewer units than I ordered?
You can do a partial receipt and log the discrepancy with a reason. The supplier can send the rest on a subsequent delivery note.
Can I compare prices across suppliers for the same product?
Yes. Kitchen Stocker keeps a price history for each product by supplier, letting you see who sells cheaper or has raised prices recently.
Is the purchasing module included in all plans?
