Knowing the consolidated food cost of a dark kitchen is not enough to manage it well. Kitchen Stocker calculates the theoretical food cost per brand from recipe cost cards and the actual food cost from attributed inventory consumption. The comparison between the two reveals where the variances lie: inconsistent portions, poorly rotated ingredients, or recipes not being executed to the defined standard.

Kitchen Stocker does not currently have direct integration with delivery platforms. Production and sales are logged within the system. Integration with POS systems or delivery platforms is on the product roadmap.
The initial setup — ingredient catalogue, recipe cost cards by brand, and minimum stock levels — takes 24 to 48 hours for a dark kitchen with 2–3 brands. If you're migrating from Excel, you can import your catalogue via CSV to speed up the process.
